They suggested I do a burn test to see that it burns like cotton and does not melt like microfiber. I tried it on an inner seam and it does burn rather than melt. Their customer service is excellent and very helpful and refunded my payment and told me to keep the duvet cover as an apology for their mistake. I’m very please with their eagerness to make things right and would buy from them again.I purchased this item because I was looking for a cotton duvet cover. The item description clearly says it is cotton and one of the images in the listing even pretends it is organic cotton, but the tags on the item I received says it is made of microfiber which is precisely what I was trying to avoid. There is even a section where it wasn’t printed correctly and there is a white line on the fabric.Very cute duvet cover. Extremely comfortable. Great value.Wonderful velvet feel, so soft and warm. Lovely burnt orange color. It is a great winter duvet cover. The pillow cases have an envelope shape tooIt could be softer, but I didn’t use fabric softener when I washed it. It’s just like pictured, but I assumed the gold would have been more metallic. Still looks good though.My real issue is that it came out very wrinkly from the dryer. Instructions only say iron on low. Wish I had known that beforehand... I guess I could steam it instead of hand ironing it every time I washThis duvet cover is absolutely adorable! It was exactly what I wanted. The material could be a bit softer, but I'm sure after a wash or two it will be perfect! Just note that this is just the duvet cover. You have to get the insert yourself.Was worried I wouldn't like the tan background color but it honestly compliments the pop of white in the pattern. I also have white pillows, off white head board and a white carpet so the tan makes it all come together! Have gotten so any compliments, and its cozy too.The description says 100% cotton but it’s 100% microfiber on the tag. Second time I’ve bought a “100% cotton” duvet that’s been completely microfiber. It’s hot and wrinkly. Cute if it’s just for decoration but it’s a duvet so have fun cleaning itIs it a bad cover? no. Is it expensive? nop. Is it not soft? not at all, is super soft. Does it look like the pic? thank you for asking, not really, it's more like light green. Is that a terrible thing? no, and that is why I did not return it but it does not goes well with my curtains.The colour isn't a bright, vibrant yellow as shown in the ad. It's more of a mustard yellow. I'm super annoyed that I have to pay to return it. Shouldn't have trusted the ad, I guess.The colour is true to the photos and it’s very soft and comforting. It’s a nice duvet cover to sleep with in the winter time.
