The chairs were too small and inferior quality. Rx return authorization and drove 20mi to UPS who printed what was said to be the return labels. It wasn't...was a note saying contact Cymax. Drove home. Rx email from Cymax giving us our return options! Bottom line was it would cost us $130 to return them. Drove back to UPS who told us to take them home where they would be picked up. Drove home. Calls to Amazon Customer Service to straighten out the shipping fee were exasperating and fruitless Cymax cannot be called. Another email from Cymax saying use $130 shipping labels or get our own shipping.($400 UPS). Drove back to UPS who printed the labels then said they had to go through FED-EX!!. Drove to FED-EX and shipped 4 boxes. Drove home. Rx email from Cymax this morning saying one of the labels had been destroyed and new one was generated. Don't know what that means to us. We assumed when Amazon said the chairs were returnable that shipping was included...it always has been. Would NEVER have ordered if we knew that was the deal. Will certainly never use Cymax again. Don't know yet about Amazon...feels like you through us to the wolves. Still waiting for $448 refund.
