Bedsure Queen Comforter Set - 3D Floral Bedding, Lightweight & Soft for Cozy Sleep

The first comfortable I purchased had an issue but the seller took care of it right away. The comforter looks great in person and has the amount of thickness/fluff that I prefer.Love love this comforter plus pillowsWashed and dried perfectly well upon opening!!! Seriously love the pattern and reversible!!The comforter came quickly and is just as expected. I was able to wash the king size at home, which is fantastic for this busy mom. I recommend!We love how light and soft it isWe bought this and the sheets that go with it. Do yourself a favor and purchase it. Super soft and fluffy, not heavy at all. The cats seem to enjoy it and it doesn't collect their hair.Just as described I loved it!I really like this comforter. It's very soft and light. I'm happy with it for the most part. One thing I looked for when buying is if it was machine washable and dry able. Well, as soon as I took it out it was like...there was what I could say a "crusty spot". It was like tissue paper in this area of the comforter. That, I was not happy with. I specifically wanted something I could wash and dry AT HOME. Didn't work out that way. That's what's most disappointing.They have good communication and good business practices. I purchased from in the past.Such a beautiful blanket but be warned, it melts in the dryer ? I washed it when I first got it and it was perfectly fine (smelt a little funny but I thought nothing of it). I washed it again today, the same way - cold, dry on low heat - and it somehow melted to my machine !It was a pain to clean but I'm more upset that it wrecked in 2 washes ?I have ordered from Bedsure in the past (satin pillowcases) and their customer service was great! I'm hoping for the same this time.The photographs make it look really nice. The reality is not as pleasant. The shams were nice but the duvet is awful. Inconsistent and to be frank, ugly. I contacted customer support online to remedy the situation and nobody has contacted me. I do not recommend buying through this company. Their customer service is nonexistent.I bought the Amazon basics white pintuck comforter last year, it was time to replace it and I order this one in navy , loved the look and feel last year but the white didn’t stay white long! So got navy and honestly what I got was so disappointing. The quality is terrible and it’s really surprising because this was the “Amazon choice” suggestion. The fabric is thing and cheap, it feels like I can rip it with my hands , it is t filled very well like the last one and it’s slightly small is size for a queen. I would not recommendThis comforter set is LOVELY! There is only one problem and I could easily change my rating if the seller would be able to work with me..The Bad: I washed this set upon receiving on "cold" and tumble dried on "low" as instructed.. I do not know if there was already some kind of tear, but a pillowcase came out torn right in the middle where your head rests. ): I did not inspect the pillowcases before washing, so not sure what happened here, but I have never had this happen to any of my items I've washed before, so I'm inclined to believe it has to do with the product itself. Would love to change my experience with this and rate accordingly if I could have a replacement pillowcase. Everything else looks great.The Good: Beautiful bed spread with very soft fabric. Not too much or too little stuffing inside the comforter, making it both comfortable to lay on top of or underneath. My boyfriend doesn't really care about these kind of things and even he was exclaiming how much more comfortable & aesthetically pleasing our bed was. Other than my experience with the pillowcase, I would absolutely recommend this to a friend or family member. The pleated look separates this comforter from an average one and gives a nice, fresh look. I purchased the Navy colour and find it suiting for our room. For the price you really do get a great value in the quality of the bedding. Would repurchase from this company. Thanks, guys!Also, for those who said the bedding was too flat after opening(it is vacuum packed), just wash and dry this set for a lovely, plush comforter you won't regret buying.I have been using this comforter for 3 months now and wash it every 2 weeks. It still looks new and keeps getting softer. I have the king size in white. I was skeptical after reading the reviews about melting comforters in the dryer. I have no had an issues, I dry on low. I do recommend taking it out of the dryer right away as it and the shams are prone to wrinkles, especially with the gathering details.
